Order cancelation

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. You can contact us at our contact form at the website.

Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one.

You are eligible for a return if:

you received the wrong item. You can request a refund or a replacement. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

your item was defective or damaged 

your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. you provided the wrong shipping address, etc)

You can submit your refund/replacement request within 7 days after the estimated delivery period has expired. You can do it by sending us a message thru our website contact form. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount you spent for purchasing our product will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 workdays (public holidays not included). 

If you haven’t received a refund within the 7 workdays after your refund has been approved, contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us thru our contact form.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
